1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Live Baji platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Live Baji.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Live Baji. They apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Live Baji app. Using Live Baji after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Live Baji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit on Live Baji is ৳20. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

General bonus rules that apply across all Live Baji promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on Live Baji — including Poker, Callbreak, Darts, Mine, Mermaid Fishing, and Supermarket Spree — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or joining a game session, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

Bets placed on Live Baji are final once confirmed. Live Baji does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Live Baji reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Live Baji. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Live Baji account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with Live Baji games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on Live Baji.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to Live Baji support immediately.

• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated or systematic exploitation.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Live Baji staff or other players through any communication channel.

Live Baji actively monitors accounts for unusual activity. If your account is flagged for review, you may be asked to provide additional documentation or temporarily restricted from withdrawals while the review is in progress.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Live Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or prolonged inactivity.

If your Live Baji account is suspended due to a terms violation, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at Live Baji's discretion after a review period, provided no fraudulent activity is confirmed.

You may also request to close your own Live Baji account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
